God… there’s like 5 more posts coming of this place, so seems like we’re stuck in Santa Cruz for a while.
We already showed you our room and told you a little about it. Now we’re gonna take you back to our first night in Noah Surf House.
Upon our arrival I saw the ongoing week’s activities written on a chalkboard, right beside the reception desk. I asked the receptionist what was the current day’s activity about, since the headline didn’t give much away. She (the receptionist) then told us to go see for ourselves and gave us a joyous wink. Now how could’ve we stayed away after that? Of course we went and boy… did we see.
Two musicians singing lovely Portuguese songs; the glowing campfire keeping everyone warm, delicious local wine – we were having the best time. In the middle of it all, the musicians gave some of us musical instruments like tambourines and xylophones, and we had fun making music together. The whole experience was truly unforgettable… I can’t even put it into words.
We ended our night in Noah’s restaurant, stuffing our faces into head-size burgers and sipping Mojitos for dessert.
I don’t even need to tell you that we both slept like babies that night.
