Pasta Carbonara

I’ve made pasta carbonara several times in the past, but never without using whole cream. Instead of whole cream, this recipe calls for 5 eggs (4 egg yolks & one entire egg). I must admit that I was a bit sceptical at first, because I have made a cake with 5 eggs before, and they left the whole thing tasting like an omelette.

This time was different though! I really enjoyed the outcome, and it didn’t leave my stomach rumbling like crazy afterwards (the little joys of a lactose intolerant). So, in case you can’t get enough of Italian cuisine, like us, we’d strongly advise you to try making this at home. It’s so easy, literally a 6-year-old could do it, so “I’m not a good cook” will not work its magic here.
