Ladies and gentleman, let us present to you – the weekly menu. Marek put together this amazing template for us (and you) to use. Just print it out HERE, take out your pencils and write/draw down what you’d like to eat the week ahead (and the things you need to buy to execute them), and go get them from your local market on Saturday or Sunday. Once you start going to the store once a week, you start eating healthier (a.k.a. consume less soft drinks and unhealthy snacks) + you’ll save a lot of time and money!
